Dr. Fallahi knew her future career would be in healthcare, but it wasn’t until she spent time shadowing various dentists that she discovered a passion for the field. Achieving her DMD, she now serves as a dentist near Los Altos who works each day to change the way people view the dentist’s office. Dr. Jay Patel
As an orthodontist near Los Altos, Dr. Patel completed his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He then earned his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In 2020, he became board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Scott Ludlow
Dr. Ludlow is a pediatric dentist near Los Altos who makes it his goal to help children experience an enjoyable, informative, and worthwhile dental visit. Before entering dentistry, he served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army Reserves. Earning his dental degree from the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, he completed two years of advanced training for pediatric dentistry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center before becoming a board-certified pediatric dentist. He’s also on staff at Children’s Health Hospital of Dallas and Children’s Health Hospital of Plano.
Dr. Shayan Azimi
Dr. Azimi is originally from Tehran, Iran, but came to the U.S. with his family in 2010. Studying biomedical engineering at Arizona State University, he went on to attend Nova Southeastern University and participated in various mission trips to help underprivileged people. As a Live Implant Training Fellow, an alumnus of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, he remains at the forefront of changes occurring in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Brian Kang
Dr. Kang attended Template Dental and completed training in dental implants, CEREC, Invisalign, and more. He remains an active member of various dental organizations and enjoys working alongside the team at La Prada Family Dentistry. As a dentist near Los Altos, he goes to work each day excited about ways to improve patients’ smiles.
Dr. Le-Anne Ho
Joining the team in 2022, Dr. Ho has always wanted to help people. Knowing she wanted a career in healthcare, she believed that her desires aligned perfectly with pursuing a future in dentistry. Graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy Dental with her dental degree, she has held many roles in dental offices but remains active in multiple professional dental organizations.
